In today’s talk Alya Hessy shares her experiences and thoughts. Alya talks about today’s changes in her life as an artist, yoga teacher and mother. She elaborates on recollecting yourself to continue, feeling that there is time and you have time and breathing as a way of taking charge. But not clinging to it or restricting it, just receiving and letting go again. Interview by Niki Milioni
